Adding another race!

This was a bit of an oversight on my part, but it's now amended.

Red Cross will now feature a Kid's Race between the Women/Jr's and Elites. We'll work out the details, but it would likely use portions of the course near and around the whoops section- not unlike a BMX course. I always really enjoyed the Kid's Race at Gloucester, so it should be fun!
