Permits have come through and we're official in the eyes of USA Cycling-- permit number 2009-2461.
This weekend will be a major thrust of promotion at the Chris Thater Criterium down in Binghamton. Even though I won't be racing due to my fractured clavicle and surgery, it will be nice to watch the races and hopefully spread the word.
